V A L I D A T I O N

You must declare having read and accepted the present general sales conditions before placing an order. The validation of your order means you accept these general conditions.

P A Y M E N T

Welcome to Belgium (W2B) shop online uses electronic payment system Stripe and Paypal for quick and secure online payments. Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Only when the transaction is completed, the shipping process will commence.

O R D E R S

Once your order request has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order. This will be followed by another email once your order has been dispatched.

Our product range is available and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. This is why we provide indications on the availability of products when you make an order.

Errors or modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances.

Once you made your purchase, you will receive an invoice from W2B.

No orders will be dispatched over weekends or public holidays.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT. All orders dispatched to EU countries have to have VAT included.

W2B has the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

S H I P P I N G    A N D    D E L I V E R Y

All orders are delivered through Bpost (Belgian National Postal Service) for Belgium order. Records are packed carefully and shipped in cardboard shipping boxes.

All European or international order are delivered with DHL. We put everything into work to process your order as quickly as possible. 

Please take into account that these timings imply business days and do not include weekend delivery.

Please note that we will only refund or replace items that have a manufacturing defect. We can't be held responsible for lost, broken or damaged packages after shipment.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Order cancellations will be done through a refund code equal to the amount of the order.
