SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 days of purchase, however shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. We ship in Belgium via BEPOST and in some European country via DHL . We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by DHL.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If your country is not available please send us an email and we will try to find a solution.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We respect your right to privacy at PIECEOFCHIC we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. PIECEOFCHIC does not store your credit card information.

PIECEOFCHIC will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our site. PIECEOFCHIC reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your piece(s) for exchange or refund, please send an email to shop@superpieceofchic.com and let us know what you'd like to return, the reason for your return and if you would prefer to exchange your item(s) or have a refund. Once your email is confirmed, you will receive the address to send your return to.

SUPERPIECEOFCHIC prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a refund or an exchange, less shipping costs. If you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.

Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. SUPERPIECEOFCHIC will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

CURRENCY CONVERTIONS

For hygienic reasons, returns are not possible.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that PIECEOFCHIC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, PIECEOFCHIC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

PAYMENT

The payments will be secure by STRIPE. We currently accept only VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, as well as bank transfers payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or Paypal.

MAILING LIST AND ACCOUNT INFORMATIONS

To join our mailing list, add your email address in the appropriate space at the bottom of our homepage. Adding yourself to our mailing list ensures you will be aware of upcoming sales and discounts. To ensure your privacy we do not share any mailing lists or email address' to outside companies or affiliates.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

All Terms of these general conditions of sales are governed by and construed in accordance with belgian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgium Court, which the courts of Brussels district are the only one competent.
